• Always keep confidentiality of client information

Lender policy:

• Do not cancel submitted files without good reason
• Never submit file more than one lender simultaneously
• Follow the lenders' early payoff policy, otherwise agent will pay for the damage assessed by lenders
• Agent no loan turning of his/her own property
• Call lenders to cancel files if they are no longer in process
• Any violation, penalty will be 10% commission reduction

Fee charges:

• ALL officers/agents are the responsible party for paying any credit report and appraisal report by themselves without exceptions.
• If officers/agents are delinquent in paying any services they ordered after 45 days, the company has the right to send the responsible party's name to collection company. Once the name is sent, company will charge a fee for collection service in addition to collected amount.

Commissions:

• Commission check will be sent out by Saturday if requested before Wednesday
