Submit the application form after filling it out with your information by mail or email; along with the listed documents:
- Purchase and Sales Agreement
- Most recent pay stub from your present employer
- W2 for the previous 2 years
- Signed and dated copies of your federal tax returns for the previous 2years
- Bank Statement for the last 2 months
- Stock, bonds, IRA and any other assets
- Homeowner's insurance information--Agent's name and phone number
- Enlarged copy of your ID
- Please prepare the following item if any applicable:
- Rental Agreement
- Apartment manager--Name, address and phone number
- Credit letter explaining any derogatory credit
- Bankruptcy papers
- Divorce papers, proof of child support received
