  • How to become a loan officer with Homelink Financial Service?

  • 1. Fill out the loan officer application form;
    2. Completed W-9 Form;
    3. A resume;
    4. A copy of your Driver's License;
    5. A copy of your DRE license;
    6. A Contractor Agreement along with a check of $29 application fee payable to "Homelink Financial Services";
    7. Mail the above items in to our company address at:
       "1290 Kifer Rd. #306E,
        Sunnyvale, CA 94086"
    8. After prescreened, we will notify you with the result and membership/email account details. We will offer the best support to help you get your first loan started.


  • How to submit loans from your home office?

  • In-house processing option is strongly recommended. A processing fee of $350 can save you from dealing with time-consuming paperwork, tedious data-input and repetitive phone calls with lenders. We know we will save your precious time to let you generate more loans. We only collect the fee when your loan is closed.
    OR
    Self-processing option: $100 post-closing audit fee will be charged if you choose to process your own loans. In order to get paid, you MUST get a <company file number> before you submit to lender. To do so, you need to email or fax a copy of your whole completed file into our center. Please mark "self-process" on the "company file cover" (it can be found under "FORM" section in your account), then we will post borrower info and loan info, then leave the rest blank. It is YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to follow up your loan in all aspects/fields. If you forgot to specify this instruction, then company will process your loan as default and charge for processing fee.


    Whenever you are ready to submit your loan files, email or fax your fully completed 1003, disclosures and authorization documents, GFE, 1008(TIL) and company file cover(If you want us to order appraisal or open escrow for you, please specify your instruction in each memo area), loan document checklist or stacking order sheet to our center at "process@homelinkfi.com" or 408-689-2047.
    *Ready-to-use forms are provided in our website as mentioned in "General".

  • How do I monitor my loans?

  • Once your file was company-processed, the loan information will be accessible from our company website. You will get a company file number for each of your loans. You can check your own loans with most current info in your online account, including the date we received your file, escrow opened date, title/appraisal ordered date, doc ordered date and even more!

    We will post your loan status throughout the whole process. Track and follow up your loan at you pace, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE you are accessible to internet till the loans are closed . Remember, it is YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILTY to track your loans online.

    --Our processors will keep a close relationship with you until we get your loans funded or cancelled.

    --We also have a great team with people who speak Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese to help you with program guide, lender guide. We will get back to your questions in one hour.

    --Any lender not listed on our lender lists, we will get it approved with the lender you requested right away.

    --WE only work with independent, self-sufficient loan officers who are active in the business with an established client base.


  • How to use email account?

  • Once you become a member, you will be assigned with an email account. Go to "Information Center" after you log in as a member and follow the steps.
