Welcome to the Homelink Financial Services(HFS) team! HFS is committed to maintain the highest standards in business practices, compliance, ethics and operational procedures.

In order to operate as a HFS Loan Officer you must meet and maintain the following requirements:
  • CONTRACT: You must send in Loan Officer Application, enlarged copy of your driver license, W9 Form, resume and a $29 check payable to "Homelink Financial Services " for background check and get approved with HFS before you have any involvement in the origination or processing of any loan. Please review "Steps to join as Loan Officers".

  • LICENSED ADDRESS: The address on all documents and disclosures MUST match the location that is the licensed branch in the state the property is in. This means that unless you are operating as your own licensed branch, the address you use will be the HFS Corporate address.
    Please make note of the corporate address. Your initial Contract and paperwork as well as all closed Loan Files need to be sent to our office address:

  • BRAND AND IDENTITY: Using any company name other than Homelink Financial Services for your mortgage business constitutes unlicensed activity and is prohibited. If you have a web site, e-mail address, business cards or letter head and if you refer to a mortgage business name on your voice mail it must say Homelink Financial Services.
  • STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENT: You must be licensed or registered with DRE. Once you are approved with HFS, you must immediately have original DRE salesperson change form mailed to the address below with a check for $ 10 payable to DRE or the salesperson process the transfer at no charge at https//secure.dre.ca.gov/elicensing/
  • LICENSING AND COMPLIANCE: You must at all times operate within all state and federal licensing and compliance requirements. HFS maintains a zero tolerance policy on violations of the Licensing and Compliance requirements.
  • THIRD PARTY FEE: HFS does not obtain trust account, all the 3rd party fees need to pay directly to third party providers. HFS assumes no liability for unpaid appraisal fees. Your appraiser has to sign an agreement with HFS which will hold harmless HFS for the delinquent invoices or your appraiser has to collect the fees directly from borrowers.
  • Fraudulent Activities Prohibited: HFS has a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. HFS reserves the right to withhold commissions if any fraudulent activity occured.
